Yes, we offer digital download coloring pages. However, we do not offer our full coloring books as a digital download.

 

Returns and Shipping

What's your return and exchange policy?

Are you not in love with what you received? We're here to help you with your return or exchange. You are our top priority, and we want to ensure you're happy! Therefore, if you are unsatisfied with your product within 30 days after we fulfill your order, kindly return it for a full refund. The product must be returned in a re-sellable, unwashed, unworn, unused, and new condition with the original packaging to be eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless your item arrived damaged or defective. Note that exchange requests must be for the same item; otherwise, please request a return and place a new order for a different item. Free gifts and promo items cannot be returned or exchanged for other items. Please note, all sales are final for coloring books and digital download products.

 

What's your international return and exchange policy?

International orders are not eligible for free returns or direct exchanges, only returns for refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any reverse duties unless your item arrived damaged or defective. To request a return, please email us at  hello@ericadawn.com with the subject line 'International Return' for instructions. Once the goods arrive in like new condition, a refund can take up to 10 business days to be processed. You will receive an email once your return is processed. Please ship returns back to the following address: Erica Dawn International Returns 16850 Collins Ave., #112-432 Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160. Please note, all sales are final for coloring books and digital download products.

 

How do I process my return or exchange?

Returns and exchanges are super easy! Visit our returns portal at http://ericadawn.returnscenter.com, enter your order number and email address, and follow the instructions. You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines. If you have any other questions, please email us at  hello@ericadawn.com. Once your return is received, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within 10 business days.

 

What is your shipping policy?

We offer standard shipping on all orders within the U.S. We ship all orders through United States Parcel Service (USPS) and UPS. Some items are made to order; please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be shipped. During periods of high demand, please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be shipped. Once your order has been shipped, please allow 3-7 business days for your item(s) to be delivered. We will email you tracking information when your order ships. Please check your spam folder if you have not received your tracking info!

 

What is your international shipping policy?

We offer worldwide flat-rate shipping based on weight. We ship all orders through United States Parcel Service (USPS). Some items are made to order; please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be shipped. During periods of high demand, please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be shipped. Once your order has been shipped, please allow 3 weeks for your item(s) to be delivered. We will email you tracking information when your order ships. Please check your spam folder if you have not received your tracking info! International taxes, tariffs, and value-added tax are determined by the purchased merchandise's country of origin (or the country in which it was manufactured) and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system used by the country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped to countries outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Erica Dawn may require additional information to verify your payment and will contact you directly if this is the case. We appreciate your understanding and quick response so your order is not delayed.

 

What items are eligible for return?

Returns must be initiated and returned to us within 30 days of receiving (Return tracking must be postmarked within 30 days to be eligible). Products must be returned in re-sellable, unwashed, unworn, unused, and new condition with the original packaging to be eligible for return.

 

What items are NOT eligible for return?

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned. Items that show any indication of being used, worn or washed (at the discretion of Erica Dawn's returns team) or do not have original packaging included upon return cannot be returned. Free gifts and promo items cannot be returned or exchanged for other items. Please note, all sales are final for coloring books and digital download products.

 

Can I exchange my item for a different item?

If something happens with your original shipment, we will gladly help you exchange your item for the same item. Please note that exchanges are contingent on us having the corresponding item in stock at the time; we cannot guarantee that the item will be available for exchange. Instead of waiting for an item to be restocked, please request a return so that you can place a new order for something else—that's awesome, too!

 

Can I return an order that I sent/received as a gift?

Please note that if the item/order was a gift, we cannot issue a refund to anyone other than the person who originally placed the order. Please ensure that the cardholder who placed the order initiates the return.

 

What refund options are available to me for an item?

You are eligible for a refund using the original payment method when placing your order.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

Once the goods arrive in new condition, a refund can take up to 10 business days to process. You will receive an email once your return is processed. Upon refund approval, please allow up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement.

 

What packaging should I use for a return or exchange?

You can put it right back into the protective packaging and the mailing envelope or box in which your item was originally shipped.

 

Why does my style's color shade look different than what I saw on the site when I ordered it?

Product picture colors may vary depending on your device when accessing our site. 

 

What do I do if my item can't be delivered?

If the mail carrier cannot deliver your item, please contact your local USPS post office or UPS to have them reroute the package. Please confirm the shipping address with them when you contact them. If you received a note from the shipper about their initial delivery attempt, please follow the instructions on that notice. Please make sure your address is entered correctly. Erica Dawn is not responsible for an incorrect address or lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. We have no control over packages once packages have left our warehouse and are in the hands of USPS or UPS.

 

Why does my order say delivered, but it's not here?

USPS delivery vehicles use GPS to automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake and will arrive the following day or so. Please contact your local USPS post office if your package has not arrived.

 

How do I cancel the order that I just placed?

Please email us at  hello@ericadawn.com with your order number and request to cancel within 1 hour of placing the order so we can attempt a cancellation. Please note that we cannot guarantee all cancellation requests will be successful, but we will try our best to initiate them as quickly as possible!

 

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

If the purchased product is defective or damaged, please initiate your return or exchange within 30 days of receiving an order to be eligible for a return. Please reach out to customer service and email us at  hello@ericadawn.com. Ensure you include your order number, a photo, and a detailed defect description. We will review any issues and offer a replacement product or refund for any defective merchandise. Erica Dawn reserves the right to deny a return if we uncover damage/defects that were intentional.

 

How do I ship back my items?

Please initiate your return through our returns portal: http://ericadawn.returnscenter.com. Once you complete the process and are given confirmation, you will receive an email with return instructions and a return label, if applicable, to get your items back to us.

 

Size and Fit

How do I measure my size for clothing?

Bust: Measure around your back, under your arms, and across the fullest part of your bust, keeping the measuring tape parallel to the ground.

Natural Waist: Measure around your waist at the narrowest point of your torso. Keep one finger between the tape and your body, keeping the measuring tape parallel to the ground.

Hips: Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the measuring tape parallel to the ground.

 

How do I pick the best size for the fit and look I want?

Generally, we recommend you order your normal size for a relaxed fit. For a slimmer fit, consider ordering one size down. For an oversized fit, consider ordering one size up. Please note that fit may vary for some items; we encourage you to look at each item's product details and measurements before ordering.

Sizing tip: Consider measuring a garment you already own for a size comparison.

FOR TOPS

Chest Width: Measure pit to pit. Place one end of the measuring tape at the armpit of the shirt and measure straight across to the other armpit.

Body Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder to the hemline.

Sleeve Length: Measure from the center back of the neck, just below the collar, over the shoulder, and down to the end of the cuff. 

 

How does unisex clothing fit women? Men?

A unisex fit will be larger than typical women's clothing and fit more like men's clothing. Conversely, a unisex fit is slightly smaller for men than typical men's clothing.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and Shop Pay. We also accept Shop Pay Installments, which allow orders from $50 to $999.99 USD to be paid in 4 biweekly, interest-free payments.
